Dr Geraint Evans PhD, CEng. BEng (hons), FIChemE, MEI  is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the energy industries, gained in the coal, oil, heavy chemicals, renewables and research fields. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineering; a Member of the Energy Institute and a Member of the SCI. Geraint holds the APM Project Management Qualification.

Since the start of 2019, Geraint has run his own consultancy business, providing specialist technology, project delivery assurance and business expertise, focussed around sustainable energy technologies and systems. He has taken a leading role in the delivery of the Humber Industrial Cluster Plan alongside technology due diligence studies, and other projects including studies on costs of biomass production and options for CCUS.

Up to the end of 2018, Geraint led the Energy Technology Institute’s bioenergy programme. The bioenergy programme invested in circa £20m of projects which included the 3 MWe Kew waste gasification project, the £4.2m ELUM direct land use change investigation project and the £0.5m techno-economic assessment of biomass pre-processing technologies modelling study

   
Andrew Green Andrew Green MA MPhil is a highly experienced Business and Programme Manager with 40 years’ experience in the successful development and exploitation of technologies for process, energy and transport sectors, with the last 15 years focussing on the drive to decarbonisation and supporting the UK in meeting its Net Zero targets. This includes Carbon Capture, Use & Storage, Hydrogen, heavy duty vehicle decarbonisation and step-out chemical process technologies (process intensification). Andrew brings a unique blend of commercial, technical, project/programme and business management expertise to his roles. Working on the interfaces of industry, academia and government, with a wide network in each of these, he is a force for successful collaboration to achieve business goals and technical excellence
   
Jonathan Wills

Jonathan Wills CEng. MSc. BSc. FEIT. is a versatile leader with cross discipline and cross sector experience gained in FTSE 100 companies, with SMEs, and as a business owner. This experience includes leadership of high technology innovation and commercialisation often at the junction of the public sector, private sector and academia. Passionate about creating positive societal change and delivering value for all stakeholders, Jon has a pragmatic, delivery focussed engineering and commercial skillset developed in aerospace, defence and low carbon energy.

For the last 10 years, Jon has devoted himself to the UK’s Energy Transition, providing expert insight, evaluation and support to a range of disruptive technology and business model innovators and investors, both in his own consultancy business, as well as through his leadership of the Energy Technologies Institute LLP, first as Programme Delivery Director for 4 years and then as CEO for 3.

   
Paul Winstanley

Paul Winstanley CEng. BEng. MSOE. MCIBSE. MAPM. MEI.  is a Chartered Plant Engineer with over 30 years' experience. He has successfully delivered a range of projects for some of the largest UK multi-national companies. His experience spans a wide range of fields including facilities management, electrical/mechanical/controls, environmental engineering, tri-generation, gasification, Combined Heat and Power. With an innovative and practical approach, plus a focus on cost effective solutions, he ensures that a high-quality service is maintained throughout his projects and can implement value-adding strategies. 

Paul is currently delivering advanced renewable energy technology projects in support of the United Kingdom's carbon reduction commitment for 2050. This includes technical and business support.  Past examples are shown via links below: -
